Is he really 2?

I cant believe Jonas is really two. Yesterday was his second birthday. It is so great to see him thriving and growing into such a little person. I had no idea when I was starring into a set of little eyes through the incubator that the two pound little guy would take up so much of my heart. Well, I did have some idea, but you know...

I have turned into such a sap lately. All I want to do is hold on to him as tight as I can before he grows up in my arms.

Holidays

Wow, the holidays are finally over. Few! We had a great Thanksgiving with family, i love having Jillayne and Chris at home with us. I feel I can really enjoy myself just knowing jillayne is here with me. Its so hard when she is away. it is like a part of me is missing.

Here is my first attempt at making carmel apples. They are not as pretty as I had hoped but they were still yummy. We spent Thanksgiving with jason's family this year and they all seemed to enjoy them. So I will consider it a success.

We also had a fun christmas. Jonas was soiled of course, he recieved a large amount of gifts. One of which is his favorite, his little red car. Jonas can say car, but he still refers to them as bye byes. It was fun to celebrate with him now that he is older & can enjoy the whole spirit of Christmas.
